Preparation time – 5 minutes
Goats, sheep or any type of your preferred yogurt
A variety of fresh microgreens and sprouts, to taste
½ tbs spirulina powder
1 tbs Za’atar (a Middle Eastern spice blend) or fresh thyme and toasted sesame seeds
½ Fresh lime
1 tbs olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Place yogurt in a bowl.
Sprinkle with spirulina powder and za’atar.
Garnish with microgreens, to taste.
Squeeze the lime juice over the yoghurt and greens.
Pour over olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
